Refund policy

At Optical Factor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below.

Returns:

  • Eligibility: We accept returns for most products within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Prescription Glasses: Prescription glasses are made to order and cannot be returned unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and personalized/custom products (including prescription glasses) cannot be returned.

How to Return:

  • Please email us at contact@opticalfactor.com to initiate the return process.

  • Once your return is authorized, we will send you instructions for returning your item.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a full refund or exchange.
